Dr. Chandragupta IPS, Commissioner of Mysuru city inaugurated the Crime awareness programme through Wall Art and Cycle rally today which was observed on account of Crime Prevention month 2021 by Mysuru City Police.

The One Day awareness programme for Law enforcement agencies on " Drug Abuse Prevention" was organised by National Institute of Social Defence, New Delhi in collaboration with SLCA Karnataka held at Conference Hall of Commissioners Office, Mysuru City. The programme was inaugurated by Sri. Pradeep Gunti, IPS, DCP L&O. The certificate of participation was issued by Sri. B Ramesh, IPS, Commissioner of Mysuru City Police.

On account of "Crime prevention month" the rally was organized by the KR Division of Mysuru City, where the students and staff of Gyana Ganga School marched with the flex and hoardings on the city streets in order to create Crime awareness among the public.

The Martyrs Day was observed by Sri. Ramesh IPS, Police Commissioner, Mysuru City, today at 11.00 am at Police Commissioner's Office in order to pay tribute to all the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives to the nation. Sri. M Mutthuraj IPS, DCP L&O, Smt. Geetha MS IPS, DCP Crime and Traffic and other Police Officers and staff were present in the occasion.
